Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

We provide custom web development services based on agreed project scopes. All timelines are estimates and depend on timely communication and content delivery from the client.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the ownership of the final website code and design is transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, images, and content. We are not responsible for copyright infringements in content provided by the client.

4. Payments

Our standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise specified in the project quote.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arqion Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement if terms are breached. Refunds for work already completed are not provided.
